Winesbyrenee originated in 2017 from the love of great things in life and my desire to teach others to be happy and enjoy the finer things in life—wine, wine pairings and understanding what parts of the world grow such amazing grapes. Loving to cook and being interested in fine wines and wine education since the 1980’s, it would only make sense that once I began to look for future careers out of the corporate madness, that I would end up teaching others about wine and educating them on how to enjoy wine. I am passionate about several things in life…… my family, goals, teaching, mentoring and WINE. I will teach you the terminology frequently used in describing the character of a wine. I will teach you how to read and interpret wine labels. I am WSET Level II certified. My blog provides you information on all types of wines, usually under the $17.00 price range.
